Section 267
Disposition versions
267. The authorization holder pays the following monthly royalties for the brine extracted from the well:
(1) where the average daily production of the well is 300 m3 or less, 5% of the well head value of the brine extracted;
(2) where the average daily production of the well is greater 300 m3 but less than 1,000 m3,
(a) 5% of the well head value of the brine extracted for the first 300 m3; and
(b) 10% of the well head value of the brine extracted on the excess; and
(3) where the average daily production of the well is greater than 1,000 m3,
(a) 8.75% of the well head value of the brine extracted for the first 1,000 m3; and
(b) 12.5% of the well head value on the excess.

267. The authorization holder pays the following monthly royalties for the brine extracted from the well:
